IR modules are available with detectors made of InGaAs, extended InGaAs, InAs, InSb, and MCT. In addition, we also offer thermopile-based temperature sensors. These miniature pyrometers are I²C bus compatible.

Description

Judson Technologies has developed its CMAMP series for customers who prefer complete subassemblies over individual components. These parts consist of a heat sink, an amplifier, and a temperature controller. CMAMP modules require an additional power supply capable of supplying +5 V at 2.0 A and +/- 15 V at 100 mA.

The CMAMP series is available for detectors in TO37, TO66, and TO3 cans; it is suitable for almost all thermoelectrically-cooled detectors from Judson Technologies.
