740 LASER COMPONENTS are highlighting the recent addition to their LC (low cost) module series.
The AML-53041XX-01 is a compact device (only 51.3 mm long x Ø12 mm) providing 4 mW of output power at 532 nm. It offers a wide operational temperature range (10 to 50 deg C) and stable output power (<+/- 5% at constant temperature). With a beam diameter of < 2 mm at the output aperture, the beam exhibits a divergence angle of < 1.2 mrad.
Applications include industrial laser markers and measuring instruments in addition to being a general purpose green laser light source.
