QUAD pyroelectric Detectors - now available

08.12.09

Following the successful launch of Pyreos's ultra thin PZT pyroelectric sensor technology, we are pleased to announce the next development of a quad pyroelectric detector. Housed in a TO-5 package, using two CMOS dual channel OpAmps with 10 GOhm feedback resistors and 1 pF capacitors, a S/N of ~5,000 offer high response as well as space and cost savings compared to four separate detectors. Coupled with a range of IR filters this one multi-channel device can detect several signals at once. Using smaller filter chips in smaller packages means smaller prices!

Applications include fire and flame detection, intruder alarms, people counting, NDIR multiple gas analysis (for example, CO2, CO, HC and reference), please contact us with your specific requirements and explore available sample detectors now.
