The PDI-C172SMF is a blue enhanced PIN silicon photodiode ideal for high speed photoconductive or photovoltaic applications packaged in a black plastic surface mount package. Measuring just 3 mm square x 1.1 mm thick, with optical filter options, supplied on tape and reel, this photodiode is your surface mount companion. In addition, it is competitively priced making this a work horse detector ideal for photointerrupters, oximetre sensors, barcode readers and glucometres.
