Extended InGaAs 800 - 2500 nm
The J23-series detectors are high quality InGaAs photodiodes with a wavelength range from 800 to 2600 nm.
The detectors of the J18 series are high quality InGaAs photodiodes for the wavelength range from 800 to 2600 nm. Their operating temperatures range from –55 °C to +60 °C. They excel with high responsivity, excellent linearity, fast response time, outstanding long term stability, and uniform response.
The spectral sensitivity of the J22 and J23 series InGaAs photodiodes has been expanded to the visible range in almost all models! This still allows a sensitivity of 0.1 A/W to be achieved at 500 nm.
