FLEXPOINT® Laser Modules
Cross hair lasers are very useful for support when performing positioning tasks.
A laser cross hair can be achieved in two different ways:
- One possibility is the use of two separate laser diode with cylincrical lenses which generate two perpendicular lines.
- The other possibility is the use of special cross hair optics, either diffractive or refractive, that can be mounted onto any FLEXPOINT® dot laser.

The standard cross hair laser with two laser diodes impresses with its high optical imaging power and line quality. The fan angle can be arbitrarily chosen from 10° to 100°.
Space-saving cross hair laser with cross hair cap
For example, when there is no space for a laser with two separate diodes and cylindrical lenses, the cross hair cap can use its strength. The cap can be attached to all standard modules with a circular beam profile so that it is fixed or removable. In this way the size of the cross hair laser is almost half the size of a laser module using two diodes. Lasers at 532 nm (green) and 635 – 670 nm (red) with output powers in the harmless laser classes 1M, 2, or 2M are also available.
