Our InGaAs components are characterized by a high sensitivity between 900 nm and 1700 nm.
InGaAs PIN Photodiodes
The J22 series from Judson comprises InGaAs diodes with a standard configuration. They are optimized for high sensitivity and low dark currents. Active areas with diameters from 40 µm to 5 mm are available. Peltier coolers can be added for optimum performance.
The spectral sensitivity of the J22 and J23 series InGaAs photodiodes has been expanded to the visible range in almost all models! This still allows a sensitivity of 0.1 A/W to be achieved at 500 nm.
