The proven cooperation between LASER COMPONENTS and the Heinrich Hertz Institute for Communication has reached a new level of quality in the past year. In a joint effort, the two are committed to the goal of providing applicants in research facilities and production with the “somewhat special flavor” of DFB lasers ranging from 1250 nm to 1850 nm. With the help of its worldwide distribution network, LASER COMPONENTS has found and provided customers on almost every continent with these lasers. Particularly noteworthy is its strong standing in North America. There are also technical advancements: The wavelength range currently available has been increased step by step, first to 1680 nm and then to 1850 nm.
