Precise inclinometers are used for installation, alignment, or measurement tasks. They create a precise absolute reference. The connection of two sensors for simultaneous measurements along the x and y axes is possible.
The new inclinometers captivate with easy use, quick measurements, and high precision. Both the ± 3° range of measurement and the accuracy of 1/1000 degrees are adequate for most applications.
The inclinometers can be directly connected to the target laser of our alignment systems. The receiver, which is attached to the opposing machine part to be aligned, displays deviations in the alignment down to the micrometer and allows for a quick adjustment of the parts toward each other.
Laser alignment systems and inclinometers can either be used together or independent of each other.
In addition to a 4-digit LCD display, the analogous interface makes the further processing of measurement results possible, for example with LabView^®. Using a digital interface, the data can also be read out on a PC. The inclinometers can also be operated wirelessly using radio waves.
