Photodynamic Therapy

Photodynamic therapy is used in ophthalmology, oncology, and dermatology. Light treatment is advantageous for a patient due to the noninvasive or minimally invasive methods used. It leads to faster healing and recovery than other methods.

Removal of Hair, Wrinkles, and Acne with IPL Lamps

So-called intense pulsed light (IPL) lamps are used in dermatology.

IPL flash lamps are xenon lamps used for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes. These lamps produce light in a constant and complete spectrum from 400 nm to 1400 nm. Depending on treatment, the required wavelength range can be restricted using a filter.
