Corporate Finance Analyst

For our holding company, Photona GmbH, we are looking for a full-time position at our location in Olching near Munich for a

Corporate Finance Analyst (f/m/d)

You will report directly to the CFO and play a central role in the strategic financial planning and management of our company.

• Support in the planning and analysis of financial targets 
• Creation of financial models for the evaluation of investment opportunities 
• Carrying out market and company analyses and preparing reports and presentations for management 
• Support in the preparation and execution of M&A transactions 
• Monitoring key financial figures and preparing budgets/forecasts 
• Supporting the introduction of a cash management system and the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS 
• Participation in the development and expansion of a shared service center for the European sales companies, including accounting

• Completed studies in business administration, finance or a related field
• Initial professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, treasury or financial controlling is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers
• Experience with financial models and valuation techniques
• Confident with MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of financial software is an advantage
• Team player with good communication skills and initiative
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
