Small, smaller, smallest: These are the attributes of all laser modules produced by LASER COMPONENTS. For decades, we have been the number one choice for developers when designing their customer-specific laser modules for integrated OEM applications with limited available space.
Introducing the FLEXPOINT® HD series, we present laser modules that are designed for completely opposite applications: mechanically robust, dustproof and waterproof, easy to use, and with many accessories available for installation and operation.
The HD series dot, line, and cross-hair lasers are the right tools for both industrial and handicraft alignment and marking tasks. This includes, for example, such tasks as those performed in the metalworking, woodworking, stone, automotive, or textile industry; i.e., everywhere laser lines or laser crosses are used to position materials or tools and thus help optimize the workflow.
Thanks to their broad operating voltage range of 4.5-30 VDC and their integrated M12 connector, FLEXPOINT® HD lasers are easy to connect electrically. In addition to a standard mount, an adjustable precision mount is also available. Due to their variable focus, the lasers can be adjusted to any working distance. The lasers shine in a bright red (635 nm) and can be adjusted during production to meet the requirements of a certain laser class (e.g., 1M or 2M) in order to ensure safe operation. The lasers are contained in a robust, 19 mm housing and correspond to protection class IP67 (dustproof and waterproof).
