Stocked photodiodes are carefully arranged according to optimisation for Low Noise performance, Ultra-Low Capacitance (for fast response) and Spectral Enhancement in the UV, Blue, Red and NIR wavelength regions. In addition, a range of packages and active area size options are available, including linear array and 2x2 element quadrant photodiodes.
