Spectroscopic DFB laser diodes are key components in analyzers based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS).
Single-mode distributed feedback laser diodes.
The SPECDILAS-D series is directed toward users in the area of diode laser spectroscopy. Selected wavelengths between 1250 nm and 1650 nm are available on a standard basis. These diodes are manufactured by a renowned German company with more than 30 years of experience in III-V technology.
In addition to approved configurations for free-emission experiments with and without Peltier coolers, a module version with single mode coupling is also available. As a user-friendly, "stand-alone” version that does not require mounting on circuit boards or heat sinks, this module is particularly well suited for prototypes and laboratory experiments.
Many wavelengths have been added to the SPECDILAS series of single mode DFB lasers for spectroscopic applications. Applications include, among others, molecular spectroscopy.
