The GAEA-2 phase modulator models are based on reflective LCOS microdisplays with 4160 x 2462 pixel resolution and 3.74 μm pixel pitch
The GAEA-2 series offers 3 versions for the visible (420 - 650 nm), the near IR (650-1100 nm) and a version for telecommunication waveband around 1550 nm (1400-1700 nm).
The GAEA-2 is made with a driver unit with standard digital video interface (HDMI) and a phase only LCOS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) microdisplay with 10 megapixel (4K) resolution (max 4160 x 2464 pixel @58 Hz frame rate).
While offering small pixel sizes of the GAEA-2 SLM, the display enables high diffraction angles.
The easy plug&play phase modulator device and can be addressed with functions via standard graphics card as an extended monitor device. A SLM Display Software Development Kit (SDK) is also an option which provides APIs (Application Programming Interface) for different programming languages.
