In laser technology diffractive optical elements (DOEs) are inexpensive and easy-to-use tools used to create the most diverse patterns possible with a dot-shaped laser beam. Whether making crosses, (multiple) lines, circles, grids, or dot matrices - anything is possible!
The DOEs can either be built fix into a FLEXPOINT® laser module or applied later on as a removable part to almost any FLEXPOINT® dot laser. Thus, with only a single laser and various DOEs, you have a number of application possibilities at your disposal!
FLEXPOINT® laser modules with DOEs are focusable and can, therefore, be set to the desired working distance. The user can choose from a variety of laser sources and, as a result, assemble his own customized laser module.
Applications for laser modules with DOEs include alignment and marking tasks (crosses) as well as image processing (multiple lines, grids, circles).
