This is what CEO Patrick Paul came to when the entire staff celebrated the 30-year anniversaries of these three co-workers. With each of their very different characters, they have contributed to transforming a small company with a dozen employees into a successful, international enterprise that is now an established player in the market for optical and optoelectronic components. The three jubilarians are the best example of the fact that experience and innovation are not contradictions but success factors that complement each other perfectly.
