The ROGUE™ platform is an innovative approach to quickly recording, maintaining, and remotely measuring optical fiber measurement data via cloud and web-based services using smartphones or tablets.

The ROGUE™ is a base unit into which different modules can be inserted for different measurements. Its robust design facilitates use in the field for extremely difficult measurements. This device is still light and offers flexibility in use due to its setup and carrying options. In addition, the ROGUE™ features an interface for video microscopes for connector inspection, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity. It can be operated on its own or integrated with Android or iOS devices.

The hardware platform ROGUE™ works together seamlessly with the cloud-based software tool aeRos™. Measurement tasks can be organized decentralized and stored in the cloud. The user uses its mobile device to retrieve information and transfer it via Bluetooth or WiFi directly from the mobile device to the ROGUE™ device. Vice versa, the measurement results go directly from the ROGUE™ device to the cloud.

Similar to aeRos™, the ROGUE™ is an open system that can be adjusted at any time to fit different applications and ensure the most effective operation possible.
