The FIP100 is a fully automated and easy-to-use inspection tool for fast and reliable analysis of fibre optic connector endfaces and bulkheads. Operated with a single button, the inspector focuses and centres automatically, captures a high-resolution picture of the connector endface and provides all the necessary data to assess connector cleanliness and condition. The LED pass/fail indicator gives instant feedback to the user.

Detailed information about the status of the connector endface will be displayed on the iOS or Android app and saved in a PDF report for documentation. The smartphone app also allows technicians to customize inspection criteria according to the specifications and standards of the network provider. The FIP100 supports all common industry standards such as IEC 61300-3-35, IPC-8497-1, AT&T, and TP-76461. Still, users also have the option to enter their own test criteria.
