Broadband amplifiers for optical modulators using a distributed topology of of GaAs-based MMICs.
RF-drivers are a high-bandwidth amplifier built with a cascade of MMIC's (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) based on Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) technology and a distributed amplifier topology. They are designed to drive an optical modulator in the best suited conditions.
We supply 4 types of RF drivers:These devices can go up to 40 GHz, are easy to use while matching the modulators.
