To strengthen our quality management team at the Olching site near Munich, we are looking for a committed and motivated part-time (20-25 hours)

Quality Management Assistant (f/m/d)

You support the QM team 

• in the creation and management of QM documents
• in the creation of presentations, reports and evaluations 
• in the coordination, follow-up and documentation of internal audits 
• with continuous improvements (e.g. 5S) 
• in all administrative matters of the department

• Successfully completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
• Confident in the use of MS Office applications
• Knowledge in the use of Adobe Acrobat for creating and maintaining of PDF forms round off your profile
• Experience in administration or assistance  
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills 
• Knowledge of quality management is advantageous
• You have a high degree of initiative, enthusiasm and social skills, especially when working with the various location and international teams
