LASER COMPONENTS honors long-standing employees

At LASER COMPONENTS Germany, it is a long-standing tradition to reward long-standing employees for their commitment and loyalty. 

For many years, the entire workforce has been invited to join in the celebrations on these occasions. CEO Patrick Paul never misses an opportunity to honor each jubilarian individually with a short, humorous speech and to present them with their award in person. Afterwards, a sumptuous buffet is laid out for the entire team. 

Most recently, in May 2025, the ten-year service of five employees from production, sales, and marketing was celebrated. In recognition of their achievements, they each received a voucher for a weekend of musicals, wellness, or city tours — for two people, of course.
