High-precision stripping tools for industrial use have recently been added to LASER COMPONENTS’ growing portfolio of in-house products. Fiber strippers for use in fiber manufacturing, fiber assembly, and electrical installation are produced at the company’s own manufacturing facility.
On-site control of the entire manufacturing process and a specific grinding process optimized for the blades ensure outstanding quality, maximum blade precision, and long-lasting durability of the tools. LASER COMPONENTS’ fiber strippers prepare optical fibers precisely and with extreme care for the sensitive glass cladding in all splicing and assembly tasks.
Three different models are available: for particularly thin optical fiber cores in data communication, for larger cores in industrial applications, and a model that is variably adjustable to accommodate different core diameters. In-house manufacturing enables customization to customer-specific fibers and customer-specific markings at any time.
