Product Overview

Single-Photon Counter System

Single photon counting modules, also known as SPCMs, count individual photons with high quantum efficiency APD.

Photon counter for NIR detection

Single photon counting modules with a detection efficiency >50% at 810 nm

Silicon APD for optical measurement and sensor systems

APD with excellent quantum efficiency made for photon counting.

The SAP-series silicon avalanche photodiodes are primarily used in photon counting. This series features highest efficiency and lowest dark current rates.
