PLDs, APDs, and Accessories

Pulsed laser diodes and avalanche photodiodes appear for the most part in measurement systems in pairs. In order to achieve the required performance, the optoelectronic components have to work together perfectly.

 

The PLDs, APDs, and matching accessories manufactured by LASER COMPONENTS will be introduced in our new catalog. Here you can find, among other things, data for 905 nm and 1550 nm PLDs with different designs (single emitters, multijunction, or stacks) as well as Si and InGaAs avalanche photodiodes with different structures (epitaxial and reach through). APDs with an active surface diameter from 230 µm to 3 mm are optionally available with an integrated amplifier as receiver module.
