CrayoNano is a company based in Trondheim, Norway, that develops semiconductors based on nanomaterials. Using a breakthrough patented process, they have succeeded in producing a hypermaterial from graphene and aluminum gallium nitride (AlGaN) nanowires, which now serves as the basis for stress-free semiconductors with high crystal quality. The first product produced with this technology is efficient, reliable UV-C LEDs for the fast-growing disinfection market.
