Photon Counters
- COUNT® Photon Counter – model change with enhanced specifications
Our COUNT® model change is due beginning of 2026. The newly designed COUNT® module features extremely high quantum efficiency, a low dark count rate, and a wide dynamic range making it ideal for highly precise single photon detection and counting.
The product comprises an in-house produced, ultra-low-noise silicon avalanche photodiode, along with specially developed quenching, temperature management, and HV electronics. It operates between 400 and 1000 nm. Electrical pulses generated by incoming photons are read out at the TTL output via a multimode optical fiber.

IR Detectors
LASER COMPONENTS produces photodiodes in house at our production facility. They have been available on the market since 2013 and offer a strong cost-performance ratio.
- IG26H-Series - Extended InGaAs Photodiodes (High Shunt Resistance)
The IG26H Series is a PIN photodiode for spectroscopic and radiometric applications that benefit from reverse bias operation. The IG26H Series merges the benefits of high shunt resistance and high responsivity over a broad spectral range.
- Advanced LTO Infrared Detector - High-End Ultrathin Detector
The Advanced LTO Infrared Detectors combine the benefits of existing LTO and DLaTGS detectors. With this thin design, detector performance is improved due to a 4x better signal.


Pulsed Laser Diodes
All of our PLDs are developed and manufactured at our LASER COMPONENTS production facility. Customer-specific requests can easily be accommodated.
- 155G and UA Series for High Performance and High-Volume Low-Cost
Lower the cost of your system with our new HP155G Series and our low-cost UA Series packing for pulsed laser diodes. Utilized more power output compared to our previous generation of PLDs with high quality hermetically sealed TO-56 housing.
- 905 Array Series - Compact LiDAR Design
The 905 Array Series are ideal for simplifying the design of compact LiDAR safety applications, such as automotive Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Defense and Aerospace illuminators, FLASH LiDAR systems, laser range finding, and obstacle detection.

- FLEXPOINT® MVgoldHP line laser with high light intensity
The new FLEXPOINT® MVgoldHP, is a robust and compact line laser module with highly precise Powell lens and an output power of up to 2000 mW as well as thermoelectric cooling. It is ideal for the continuous and stable operation in challenging MV applications such as inspections in the metalworking industry or rail and road maintenance.

FLEXPOINT® MVpulseHP laser module for Machine Vision
The FLEXPOINT® MVpulseHP laser module provides up to 1000 mW of power in a compact housing at 19 mm in diameter. The pulse length and duty cycle of the pulsed module are preset at the factory to prevent the laser diode from overheating.

- FLEXPOINT® HD positioning laser with very long line
The longline version of the FLEXPOINT® HD generates a red or green laser line of up to 20 meters with uniform intensity. The robust casing meets protection class IP67 and allows individual and fast integration. Thanks to the M12 connector, the module can be easily connected to the power supply. Fixed or variable focus can be selected as an option.
