(PVD, PIAD, IBS) - Monitoring of system processes, optimization of process flows
- Documentation of ongoing production
- Maintenance and cleaning work on production systems
- Assistance with sandblasting work
- Working in a cleanroom-like environment
- Joint responsibility for back-end processes such as wafer splitting and handling of split material
