Technologists (m/f/d) specializing in fiber optics

• Preparation of product and process requirements for the manufacturing of fiber‑optic components and assemblies
• Preparation of specifications and production‑related documentation
• Preparation of cost estimates for the sales department
• Support for the development department in the qualification of new products
• Support for the production planning and quality management departments

• Successfully completed engineering or physics degree with a focus on fiber optics and optical waveguide technology (M.Sc. university/university of applied sciences)
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience in the field of fiber optics
• In‑depth understanding of process engineering workflows in production environments
• Ideally, experience with software for designing, measuring, and evaluating mechanical and optical systems
• Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• A high level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn new tasks and technologies
• Flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong team spirit
• Confident German and English skills, both written and spoken
