LASER COMPONENTS‘ packaged Pyroelectric Detectors can be equipped with various infrared (IR) windows. Many of these optical windows use sensitive hygroscopic materials, such as Potassium Bromide (KBr) and Cesium Iodide (CsI), that require careful consideration when being handled. The IA35 series photodiodes based on heterostructures were specially designed for operation at room temperature.

400 nm – 2,100 nm. PD-LD, Inc. offers a broad range of photodiodes and APDs with fiber connection or optical receptacle.
SiC diodes are stable UV photodiodes with many advantages for this spectral range.
