Sales Representatives “Laser Measurement Technology” (m/f/d)

to join our sales teams at our Olching location near Munich.

LASER COMPONENTS is the company for optical and optoelectronic solutions, which we develop together with our customers and sell all over the world—for over 40 years. We are expanding and looking for support.

• Technical consulting and sales of laser power and laser energy measurement devices, as well as beam analysis systems from market-leading manufacturers
• Travel within the sales territory (DACH), customer acquisition, and existing customer relationship management—both from the office and in the field
• Independent customer support, including consulting, preparing quotes, and closing contracts
• Demonstrating products at customers’ sites
• Developing and maintaining key accounts
• Serving as the liaison between our customers and our international partners
• Monitoring the existing market and the competitive landscape

• A solid technical background in laser technology, optoelectronics, or electronics.
• Ideally, practical experience in the field of laser technology
• Strong communication skills in customer-focused consulting; enjoys working independently and taking initiative in both field and office roles
• Experience in selling technical products is a plus
• Enjoys interacting with customers and conducting product demonstrations at customer sites
• Ability to listen, communicate effectively over the phone, and work efficiently
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
