Our range of optical fiber strippers extends from handy, pocket-sized tools to fully automated plasma-assisted stripping machines. In addition to a wide range of fiber stripping pliers and fiber strippers, you will also find various thermal devices for gentle buffer removal. These flexible solutions can be adapted for different fiber cladding sizes and are particularly suitable for high-strength splices with a tensile strength of more than 20 N.
One of the highlights in our portfolio is a fully automated device that uses plasma technology to remove buffer materials up to 1200 µm in diameter cleanly and without contact. The fiber strength is not affected.
