Large-area Protection of Workstations

Passive laser protection curtains are used for the large-area shielding of applications with low, medium, and high laser powers. They are available in different sizes and offer protection for all standard wavelengths.

We offer a variety of materials that can be used for various power ranges due to their different material properties.

FLEX-GUARD^® Black Fabric Laser Safety Curtains

FLEX-GUARD^® laser safety curtains are black fabric curtains certified according to EN 12254 and EN 60825-4, which provide protection against low and medium-power laser radiation in the wavelength range from 190 nm to 11100 nm. For more detailed information, please refer to the datasheet.

FLEX-GUARD^® laser safety curtains are available as:

• SLC-100WB for low laser powers (power density: 1 MW/m²); color: black on both sides
• SLC-250WB for medium laser powers (power density: 4.25 MW/m²); color: black on both sides

All FLEX-GUARD^® laser safety curtains are supplied in customized sizes. The material for wall, ceiling, and floor mounting is included. Individual curtains can be joined together with Velcro or zippers.

EVER-GUARD^® Laser Safety Curtains Made of Anodized Aluminum Sheeting

EVER-GUARD^® laser safety curtains combine the high level of protection of a metal wall with the flexibility of a curtain. They consist of 25 cm wide anodized aluminum panels certified according to EN 12254 and EN 60825-4 to protect against medium and high-power laser applications at wavelengths from 190 nm to 11100 nm. EVER-GUARD^® laser safety curtains are available as:

• SLC-EVG: for medium laser powers (power density: 500 MW/m²); color: black on both sides
