• A warm welcome and first-class service for national and international visitors  
• Professional handling of the switchboard in German and English  
• General administrative and organizational tasks  
• Organizing meeting rooms and the break room
• You will represent our company to the outside world in a friendly and professional manner

• You have completed a vocational training program in office management, hospitality, or a related field.  
• You impress with excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance, and strong communication skills.  
• You have very good German and English language skills and are proficient in MS Office.
