Single Piece Production
To process single fibers or make touch-ups on connectors, smaller units are generally used. For this purpose, we would like to introduce Ultra Tec Manufacturing, Inc.’s UT.Minipol.1 polisher.
Ultra Tec’s polisher is suited for all connectors, including SC, FC, ST, D4, and SMA PC. With the appropriate mounts, it is also suited for bare fibers. The UT.MINIPOL.1 polisher utilizes technology similar to the technology utilized in series production systems and achieves a high-quality finish. There are a number of power supply options available: in addition to normal operation via a power grid, a 12 V battery can also be used.
