Real Time Aberration Correction

High-precision deformable mirror with 91 actuators and drift control.

muDM is a compact, high-resolution deformable mirror with 91 actuators, USB3, low hysteresis, and built-in drift control—ideal for adaptive optics in microscopy and precision imaging.

Compact and Powerful: muDM for Real-Time Wavefront Shaping

The muDM deformable mirror is a compact, high-performance adaptive optics solution designed for precision imaging and wavefront correction. Featuring a 91-actuator architecture with embedded control electronics, it delivers exceptional real time correction capabilities. Offering both high-speed responsiveness and plug-and-play, it is ideally fit for advanced microscopy, laser beam shaping, and ophthalmic applications. Built-in drift compensation ensures long-term stability, making it perfect for extended experiments and live imaging.

91-Actuator Precision with Fast Response and Full Software Integration

Technically, muDM features 91 electromagnetic actuators capable of correcting up to 10th-order Zernike modes with >99.5% linearity and <0.1% hysteresis. It achieves a fast 2.4 ms settling time and provides surface correction accuracy down to ~7 nm RMS (with optional 4 nm version). USB3 connectivity and trigger-in/trigger-out options enable seamless system integration. muDM supports WaveTune and WaveKit Bio software for sensorless operation and full SDK support in Python, C++, and LabView.
