We work closely with our partners to offer a comprehensive range of laser diodes and can assist in the design-in of appropriate laser drivers alongside our laser diode products.
iC-Haus laser diode drivers provide fast switching, avoid overshooting by patented circuits, and feature various monitoring safety functions. They offer an extensive range of laser diode driver iCs for all types of CW and pulsed semiconductor laser diodes. Examples include:
- open loop drivers, which provide spike-free switching and simple current setting via CMOS or TTL/LVDS inputs
- single and dual CW drivers with automatic power control (APC) via the laser monitor photodiode, or automatic current control (ACC)
- modulation drivers with averaging or peak output power control
Fully populated evaluation boards are also available for most drivers to help new customers accelerate their R&D phase.
