Optometrics Corporation design and manufacture products that are ideal for both OEM and University applications. Molecular laser (ML) gratings, both original rulings for high power and replicas, are now available. ML gratings range from 9.0 - 11.0 µm to 16.0 - 20.0 µm with optional gold overcoat increasing the reflectivity at 10.6 µm. Laser damage thresholds for these gratings are 1 kW/cm² cw original and 250 W/cm² cw replicated.
