Pulsed laser diodes are available at wavelengths of 850 nm, 905 nm and 1550 nm.
The drive electronics is used for controlling laser diodes.
Laser Components offers infrared radiation sources. This IR emitters are pulsable thermal emitters with near-black-body emittance.
