The Trainee Bus Stops at LASER COMPONENTS

On the morning of November 19, 2025, the Fürstenfeldbruck district's trainee bus stopped at LASER COMPONENTS. Six students received a vivid demonstration of how we manufacture high-tech components and how they reach our customers. The response was overwhelmingly positive—one visitor even thanked us personally for the excellent organization and engaging insights. 

CEO Sven Schreiber welcomed the teenagers where they got a company tour, providing exclusive insight into our production facilities for laser optics, laser modules, fiber optic assembly, and other departments. During discussions with our current and former trainees, they gained an impression of the processes in a technology company. They also got a lively sense of the diverse tasks that await them when trained at LASER COMPONENTS and of their chances for a secure start to their professional careers. 

As part of the trainee bus tour, young people visit various companies in the region and learn about potential apprenticeships on site. We are delighted to be part of this initiative, giving young people the chance to experience technology up close—and perhaps even inspiring one or two of them to start an apprenticeship at LASER COMPONENTS next year.
