SEDI Fibres Optiques founded in 1972 and its sister company ATI Optique founded in 1951 have decided to merge their activities in 2012 into a single organization named SEDI-ATI Fibres Optiques.
SEDI-ATI recently started to concentrate on the production and development a fiber optic components only, who are used in telecom, industrial, medical and military applications. Their catalogue product range covers passive components like couplers, WDM's, filters, hermetic feedthrough, and patchcords.
Their R&D lab and on-site workshops (mechanical, moulding, assembly lines) allow them to serve custom requests like components with any type of fiber, custom filters, components ruggedized for challenging environments.

Multiplex components with up to 16 (CWDM) and up to 160 (DWDM) channels for transmittion of Gigabit bandwidths over long distances.
Fiber optic assemblies for light transmission and data traffic in vacuum environments.
Optical signals inside a vacuum or high pressure chamber.
Thanks to elaborately applied metal coatings, fibers can be processed like metal parts – for example, by soldering.
The multimode couplers are available for all common multimode cables
Multimode WDMs in robust construction allowing a bi-directional or dual transmission on a single multimode fibre (at 850 nm and 1300/1500 nm).
With a single-mode WDM, both a transmitter and a receiver channel can be realized on the same fiber, thus doubling the transmission capacity.
Robust and easy-to-install SMA connectors are mainly used for multi-mode and POF fibers with large core diameters.
