Marketing Content & Event Coordinator

Our global marketing department is responsible for international communications, as well as the planning and promotion of events and digital content for customers, partners, and employees.  
We are looking for a full-time employee at our Olching location near Munich to handle the operational implementation of digital communication and event formats and to support event management.  

Marketing Content & Event Coordinator (m/w/d)

Virtual Events & Digital Formats  

• Organization, execution, and technical support for webinars, online presentations, livestreams, etc.
• Post-event follow-up, including recordings, analysis, and content preparation

Video & Digital Content  

• Video editing in Adobe Premiere
• Further development of existing content for marketing purposes 

Social Media & Online Promotion

• Planning and publishing social media posts
• Creating event and landing pages

In-House Events & Event Management

• Support with the organization, coordination, and follow-up of in-person events
• Data maintenance in Salesforce, as well as the creation of statistics, reports, and analyses 

• Training or a degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable field, as well as some professional experience
• A strong interest in digital technologies and a passion for actively helping to shape and further develop new systems, tools, and digital processes
• Experience using video and audio editing software  
• A structured and independent work style
• Organizational skills and technical understanding
• Very good German and good English skills
