At VISION 2026, LASER COMPONENTS is presenting two particularly high-performance products for industrial machine vision: the FLEXPOINT® MVgoldHP and MVpulseHP modules. High output power, advanced thermal management, and high-precision, homogeneous laser lines ensure reliable, high-contrast imaging. The laser modules are ideally suited for applications under extreme environmental conditions where maximum measurement accuracy and inspection speeds must be achieved during 24/7 continuous operation.
The FLEXPOINT® MVgoldHP module features an output power of up to 2000 mW and a rugged housing with integrated cooling. It is particularly well-suited for continuous use in very bright ambient light and with short exposure times, such as in rail and road inspection. The MVpulseHP module, with an output power of up to 1000 mW, comes with factory-optimized pulse length and duty cycle settings, enabling energy-efficient operation at high peak power, so that passive cooling is sufficient. Both modules—like the entire FLEXPOINT® portfolio—are manufactured in-house and offer a wide range of options for customer-specific customization, such as wavelengths or housing sizes.
