LASER COMPONENTS addressed these issues as part of the STAR (Stable Anti-Reflective Coatings for Medical Technology) research project, developing chemically and mechanically resistant anti-reflective coatings. They can be applied to plane or curved substrates and can be tailored to specific wavelengths, making them a versatile solution for various medical applications.
