LASER COMPONENTS remains closely connected to the Olching location and continues to invest in growth. The company, which was recently recognized as one of the fastest-growing medium-sized companies in Bavaria, recently acquired another coating system for laser optics, which can also be used to implement individually developed laser optics in large series. These components are used in many different applications - for example in tattoo removal, medical technology or mechanical engineering.
LASER COMPONENTS has been manufacturing and selling optics and optoelectronic components for photonics in the industrial park on Werner-von-Siemens-Str. since 1993. During this time, the number of employees has grown from around 30 to 160 today. The focus of production has always been on the implementation of specific problems. The company works closely with its customers and delivers innovative solutions.
"Even though we have grown very strongly in recent years, we still see ourselves as an Olching-based family business," says Chief Culture Officer Caroline Paul. "It is important to us that our employees see themselves as a unit - regardless of which area of the company they work in. Joint successes are still celebrated together even after decades. A good example of this is our summer party, which was recently attended by many colleagues and their families."
On the afternoon of July 19, the LASER COMPONENTS employees met for a summer party at Alpaka Beach in Alling. As always, the whole family was invited and many braught their partners and children along. While their parents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with cool drinks, a lavish barbecue buffet and beach volleyball, the little ones had fun playing with the bouncy sausage and numerous other games. Desserts and sweets were once again provided by the employees themselves. A welcome opportunity for many amateur chefs and confectioners to demonstrate their talent.
