• Define and communicate the product line and portfolio strategy 
• Plan and execute new product launches and coordinate with all departments involved 
• Manage the complete product life cycle taking into account financial and quality KPIs for the product line 
• Conduct market, customer and competitor analysis to identify trends and define target markets and applications 
• Create marketing materials in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager 
• Support sales with technical and commercial know-how and participate in trade fairs, congresses and customer visits

• Completed technical studies or comparable training as well as practical experience in the field of photonics. Experience with laser modules or machine vision applications is an advantage 
• Experience in product management, sales or the development of technical products 
• A high degree of initiative, commitment and motivation, coupled with an independent and systematic way of working 
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 
• Fluent in written and spoken English
