Developer (m/f/d) in the field of fiber optics

• Technical and organizational responsibility for fiber optic development projects
• Design and development of fiber optic components and assemblies up to 
  their introduction into production
• Creation of product and process requirements as well as development documentation
• Optimization of manufacturing processes
• Definition and application of suitable optical measurement technology 

• Successfully completed degree in physics or engineering (M.Sc.) with a focus on fiber optics and optical fiber technology, preferably with a doctorate
• In-depth knowledge of laser technology, optics, and precision engineering
• Experience in development project management 
• Confident use of CAD systems (e.g., SolidEdge) and knowledge of data processing and analysis (e.g., with Phyton)
• Qualification in ray optical design with Zemax OpticStudio
• Confident written and spoken German and English
