DOEs made of fused silica are not necessarily required for low and medium power applications; plastic elements are often sufficient. HoloOr offers plastic DOEs for mass production based on the injection mold technique. These DOEs can be manufactured using polycarbonate, PMMA, Zeonex, and Zoner.
The main focus of the plastic DOEs is on custom elements developed together with the customer. Just as with the glass DOEs, HoloOr offers inexpensive tooling charges and low development costs.
