HASO4 126 Broadband Wavefront Sensor
The HASO4 126 Broadband is a high-resolution Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor designed for precise measurements across a wide spectral range of 350–1100 nm. Equipped with a 170 x 126 microlens array over a 13.8 x 10.2 mm² aperture, it offers fine spatial sampling of approximately 80 µm. The sensor achieves absolute wavefront measurement accuracy of ≤6 nm RMS for wavelengths between 350–600 nm and around λ/100 RMS for 600–1100 nm, with repeatability better than λ/200 RMS. Its dynamic range accommodates local radii of curvature from ±0.010 m to infinity, making it suitable for diverse optical applications.
Advanced Features for Enhanced Usability
Incorporating SpotTracker™ technology, the HASO4 126 Broadband provides absolute wavefront and tilt information, eliminating the need for manual alignment and simplifying integration into optical systems. The sensor supports USB 3.0 connectivity with a maximum acquisition frequency of 30 Hz and offers an optional GigE converter for alternative interfacing needs. Its compact dimensions (47 x 62 x 60 mm) and lightweight design (185 g) facilitate easy integration into various setups. Operating within a temperature range of 15–30°C and consuming 3.6 W of power, it is compatible with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
