Filters for Color Separation
Depending on the version, dichroic beam splitters reflect or transmit the signal at a typical angle of incidence of 45°. In the process, the reflected wavelength is decoupled and the highest possible proportion of the remaining signal is transmitted. Our design options reach up to 99% in transmission and up to 99.5% in reflection. The edge steepness is particularly high at about 1%.
With our ultra-flat dichroites, PV flatness is better than λ/10 per inch.
Or use our ultra-flat dichroites, which have an R/T transition of about 4 nm at an angle of incidence of 45°.
